One of a Kind
Design Nueve's pieces are designed in-house and produced exclusively for the brand. Some pieces are fully or partially handcrafted, and may include organic materials. While slight variations in color and pattern cannot be avoided, the quality of the product remains the same. No two pieces will be completely alike, giving each one its own unique character.
Shipping & Returns
Due to COVID-19, shipping times and order processing may vary. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Should there be any problems with your scheduled delivery, one of our representatives will contact you personally.
For orders outside the Philippines, please expect your order to arrive anywhere between 7-14 days upon order confirmation. Should there be any problems with your scheduled delivery, one of our representatives will contact you personally.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Design Nueve team carefully checks your items before they are sent out, but should there be defects or damages, please notify us on any of our platforms as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your purchases within 15 days for similar items and store credit. If any corresponding delivery charges will occur, shipping fee must be shouldered by the customer.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We currently accept payments in BDO and BPI for online portals and over the counter transfers, and Gcash for local shipping. Costs due to distance and item weight will be calculated upon checkout.
